What I understand personally:
I know what it’s like to pursue a demanding path that makes sense externally but doesn’t feel right internally. Moving from engineering into mental health counseling helped me understand how complex it can be to change direction and let go of expectations around what success is supposed to look like.
Outside of mentoring:
I love spending time with friends and family and hanging out with my two dogs.
